Bender Residence
Project Overview
Built in 2001, the Bender residence is done in a Tudor Chateau style. It is a hybrid home, utilizing both Traditional Timber Framing for the living areas, and structural panel construction for the Dining, Kitchen, and Utility areas. The Timber Frame living space is small enough to feel cozy, while maintaining an open cathedral ceiling feel thanks to the major/major/minor roof system design. Hardwood floors and finish details round out a very "warm" space.
